Hair treatments
A smoother finish starts with a conversation.
Smoothing, keratin or hair Botox? The service name is only the start of choosing your treatment.

What should I ask first?
Ask what the treatment is intended to do, which product will be used and what finish is realistic for your hair. Keratin services are often chosen for a smoother-looking finish and frizz management. For smoothing or hair Botox, ask the same product-specific questions rather than assuming the names describe an identical process.
Describe the result you want
Would you like easier everyday styling, a straighter look or conditioning care? Say how much of your natural movement you want to keep. A reference photo and an explanation of your normal routine help the salon understand your priorities. Ask how the finish may look when you wash and style your hair yourself.
Share your hair history
- Mention previous colour, bleach, henna, straightening or smoothing, including approximate dates.
- Tell the salon about sensitivities or a previous reaction before choosing a product.
- Ask whether your current hair condition needs an assessment or any product-directed testing first.
Leave with an aftercare plan
- When can I first wash my hair with this particular treatment?
- Which shampoo, conditioner and styling products suit it?
- Are there instructions about tying, heat styling, swimming or a future colour appointment?
- What maintenance should I expect, and when should I check in again?
